That aside.......'tis the village in which I reside's festival tomorrow! And Sunday. Last year, if you'll excuse the expression was pretty craptacular though, but I'm hoping that this year it shall be better! It's actually more of a fete, to be totally truthful.... This is what come of living in the contryside of England.

Also I went to the Orthodontist the other day, and my stitches have all dissolved, but apprently my mouth's healed up too well, but the tooth that needed to move has, so meh.

I may post a few photos of the festival (DARN YOU PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE), and such.

So lately I've been playing Starfox Adventures. Pretty fun but really similar to The Legend of Zelda: Occarina of Time. I like to beat up all the dinosaurs, cause I'm evil like that. I even beat my sickick Prince Tricky. Who seems to have got his colour paleete reversed after I tossed a ball for him several times. Now he looks rather gay, being pink-ish purple, and I don't seem to be able to reverse it. Woops. GAY RIGHTS FOR FOXES AND DINOSAURS! An inside joke between my good riend and myself who now joke about Fox and Tricky's 'relationship'. ANYWAY!...I'd better get on with the rest of the post.....

Yah, cause yesterday I went into hospital, and according to a leaflet, I'm still under the influence of drugs.
Basically I went in to have some bone and gum cut away, because I have an unerupted tooth, and so they want to drag it upwards, and see if it develops a root. So I had to get up at 6:00 to get my appoinment at 7:30. Once there I had this numbing cream put on my hands, and these different people came to see me, and spoke about random things which I can't quite remember.
After a while I got taken to this room, where they stuck this big plastic thing in my hand, and then I got injected with some painkillers which made everything go woozy. Also there was a painting on the celing. and I think I went to sleep.
When I woke up I had an oxygen mask on (which I managed to disconnect accidentally - twice, but I was pleased when it came off), and the right side of my mouth and tongue was numb.
Thankfully I was able to go an hour of so late, but the numbness lasted all day, and my sense of taste could only be described as 'weirded up'. It was only today that the numbness wore off, and I found that I had a load of stiches in my mouth. Blarg.

......well actually it's kinda grotty in places, but OH WELL. I went there today, and it was great! My dad and I went to see the Tutenkahmun exibition at the O2 (formerly the Millenium Dome). It was pretty cool, and ya know what? Tut had a broken knee, so it's speculated that he could have died of that.
After that we went to the Royal Observatory and saw all of John Harrison's clocks (he invented clocks that could be used at sea:[link]), and I stood over the Meridian Line. Standing in two fdifferent time zones made my feet feel tingly.
After that we wandered around, went into a dance academy (my Dad was interested in the building 'cause it was 1930's style, and apperently it used to be the Greenwich Town Hall. But whatever,) and then we got lost, and coming around on a train, got caught in the rush hour. After that we wandered around some more, looked at the Royal Festival Hall (I sang there in Y6), and then when into a music and DVD store, where I bought an Andrew Llloyd Webber Box set.
Aaand then we came home. It was a fun day.
But now I'm tired, so I'll go to bed. Or a least post this journal entry before kittening off to The Infosphere . Meow!

So today hasn't exactly gone great........Firstly I got woken up at around sometime between 4-5 AM because it's May morning, and my mum and I were thinking of going into a nearby town of Oxford because they ring bells at something like 7 AM. After a cup of tea we decided not to, and I went back to sleep. Then, later, after I'd woken up I get told that one of my friends' mum's has died. When I last saw her a couple of days ago she was perfectly healthy. Great. Next, in my Marine Biolodgy course, I learnt about Overfishing, and many different ways it happens. I got to watch a disturbing and upsetting video also. It made me depressed, but that went away. Until dinnertime. We had salmon for dinner, which was awkward, to say the least. I kept thinking about the fish which were endangered, and a turtle I saw that had been caught in a discarded fishing net.D: And you know what? Earlier, I had a feeling we'd be having fish for dinner.

Major Guilt Trip!!!


Todat has not been the best of days......I hope tomorrow is better.

Hello there....

Well, last Friday I discovered an unusal thing. It was my great Auntie Doris' funeral, and I met my cousins for the first time! One's called Bhvani (I think I may have spelt it wrong), and her brother Hari. I think they're something like half-Indian, since their Dad is Indian. Bhvani is a marine biologist! Anyway, it also appears that I'm also cousin to a guy called Stanley, although it's many, many times removed. The thing is......he's about 89?! Yeah............Awkward......

In other news....I got NiGHTs Journey of Dreams the other day! IT's bizarre, but fun, kinda like Billy Hatcher [who cares if it got rubbish reviews - I love that game!]. I mean, at first, it's kinda hard, until you've got used to that fact that at the start of each world there's a 'Save-NiGHTs-and-then-the-boss-appears-in-a-weak-form-and-you-must-defeat-it-or-you-have-to-do-the-save-NiGHTs-stage-again'. scenario (you should have seen the look on my face the first time that happened), but, after the first inital time, it's okay.
But why does NiGHTs speak with a female voice, cause I thought that SEGA made him/her/it genderless, so that the player could have NiGHTs what they wanted it to be. I personally think that they're male, but that's just me.

One final thing........
Why do owls in videogames alway talk loads? I mean in NJoD, Owl does NOT shut up! In The Legend of Zelda Occarina of Time, there was that Owl whose name was something like Kepeo Gababa, and in Animal Crossing Wild Word, Blathers rants on like nobodies buisness!
But I digress.

I will not be here from around Friday afternoon, till Suday evening, cause I'm going on Youth Weekend away! Huzzah,, it is finally here! And shall see you tomorrow, I hope.

Oh! One final thing......I've been wearing a cat collar on my wrist. It has bell which jingles. I think it irritates my Dad. Oh well........
